Jennifer DeVore says that despite being an extremely tactile person, she spent her youth being told not to touch people’s artwork while visiting museums. “This is why all of my artwork is meant to be touched,” she explains. “Art is not only to be seen. My pieces tell stories through touch. This allows people to create a different kind of connection to my work.”
